God would never reincarnate a person to a lower form unless He wanted to do it for a particular reason, perhaps such as the human genus.  It goes against His way.

There is just as much spirituality in a person that spends his life researching every avenue of the subject as someone that is simply obedient to God and is in awe of every conscience moment.
